Ojou Eyes by simkoos
Whisper Eyes CC by dangerouslyfreejellyfish
One of the great things about the Whisper Eyes is that they come in three different options: Defaults, Non-Defaults, and Contacts in the Face Paint section. This gives you a variety of choices on how to apply the eyes to your Sims, depending on your preference and style.
Additionally, the Whisper Eyes have removed specular, which means they won’t look too shiny or unrealistic in the game. They also have a Maxis Match (ish?) style, which means they fit well with the overall aesthetic of the game.
Impact Eyes by RATBOYSIMS
The Impact Eyes come in 20 swatches, which include all of the EA colors plus two extra colors that the creator finds useful. These eyes are available for all ages and all life stages of Sims, so you can use them on any Sim in your game.
In addition to the standard eye swatches, Impact Eyes also include heterochromia overlays for all ages, which can be found in the facepaint category. This gives you even more options for customization and variety when it comes to your Sims’ eyes.
BTW this CC includes three different options: Defaults, Non-Defaults, and Heterochromia Overlay, so you can choose the version that works best for you and your game.

Chroma Eyes by Golyhawhaw
Elena Eyes CC by Miiko
Such a gorgeous default eyes CC!
As much as I love maxis match CC, it’s difficult not to consider this beautifully realistic custom content!
It’s not an actual alpha CC though. It has a kind of maxis-mix vibe.
The specular reflections have been removed, and this creates a more natural appearance, making the eyes look more lifelike in the game.
The Elena Eyes CC is available in two versions: contacts and default eyes.
To make it easier for you to navigate through the eye swatches, the Elena Eyes CC includes a custom swatch thumbnail. This way, you can quickly find and select the perfect eye color for your Sim.
Whether you prefer to use the contacts or default eyes, the Elena Eyes CC is a fantastic choice for those who appreciate a blend of realism and the classic Maxis style. Give them a try and see how they bring a fresh and captivating look to your Sims!
